Return Policy 

As the 100 Smokers are original works, all sales are final. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, email us immediately at hello@100smokers.com and include “CANCEL” in the subject line. Please note that you will be charged a $12 USD cancellation fee. You will then receive receipts for this fee and the canceled order via email.

Shipping Policy 

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours after your order has been processed and processing takes approximately 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

A handling fee is included in all orders to ensure proper packaging of your drawing(s). Drawings are placed in a clear plastic sleeve with cardboard backing and mailed in a sturdy, flat, cardboard mailer with extra cardboard sheets to avoid bending or folding (USPS priority mail).

Complimentary gift notes are available, just include your gift message in an e-mail to hello@100smokers.com with the subject line "Gift Request:" followed by your last name.

Shipping Damage

We pack our artwork with extra care, doing our best to ensure that it won't be damaged. In the unfortunate event that an artwork is damaged, we will refund your purchase once we are notified and proof of damage is received. If there is an issue with your order, please contact hello@100smokers.com with the subject line "Service Request:" followed by your last name.

International Shipping

Currently, our shopping cart system does not support international shipping and international orders will be taken on a case-by-case basis. Please e-mail us at hello@100smokers.com with your location and we will respond to you within 24 hours to arrange shipping to you.
